2022 Buyer Reports highlight growing customer expectations
The 2022 Buyer Report is in and B2B buyers have unanimously expressed their growing frustrations about their e-commerce purchasing process.
According to new research from consultant firm Avionos, the report has found that 97% of online buyers experience some sort of pain point during their e-commerce experience and 94% of B2B buyers agree their company prefers to work with suppliers that continuously evolve their digital capabilities.
Compromise is not on the agenda moving forward and business’ digital expectations are growing as quickly as the industry itself with supplier tech solutions at the forefront of online buyers minds.
