The Enterprise Wide team came together in Melbourne for EW Connect 2026, our mid-year team event. Over two days, we stepped away from the day-to-day work to share ideas, reflect on our progress and look at what’s ahead.
We were joined by Brian Walker, CEO and Founder of Retail Doctor Group, and our SAP colleagues Ruth Tan and Thorsten Freitag. Their perspectives on retail, AI and the changing technology landscape gave us plenty to discuss, particularly as we consider the opportunities and challenges facing our customers.
The event also gave us time to take stock as a team. We talked openly about what’s working, where we can improve and the priorities that will shape Enterprise Wide’s next chapter. Those conversations matter: they help us bring different experiences together and turn ideas into better work for our customers.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to EW Connect 2026. There were thoughtful discussions, fresh ideas, plenty of laughs and a little healthy competition along the way.
Great people make great things happen.
